Job Description
Working Hour: Mon- Fri (8:00 - 17:00)
Responsibility:
- Manage immigration cases, both BOI and non-BOI applications for corporate and consumer clients.
- Assist the clients in obtaining their work permits and visas including other immigration services; including but not limited to re-entry permit, 90-day report, visa cancellation, visa transfer, revision of address in work permit, etc.
- Communicate and coordinate with the foreign assignees / local HR / Global Mobility Partner.
- Keep track and input data in Santa Fe internal system and activity report in Excel.
- Issue invoices by using Internal system.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Proficient in English verbal and written communication.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing visa and work permit applications for foreign nationals in Thailand. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of the entire application process from start to finish, covering both BOI and non-BOI applications.
- Preferably, the candidate should have managed these processes at scale, not as part of an HR function, but in a professional services capacity.
- Preferably, the candidate from law firms or relocation companies
- Strong problem-solving skills when faced with challenges and rejections.
- Resolving conflict and Analyzing information
- Positive attitude, good team player, fast Learner, and flexibility
- Demonstrate customer service mindset and be responsible and reliable.
- Approach work with a sense of urgency and diligence and can see things through.
- Be humble and a team player, detailed and quality driven.
- Proficiency to work with CRM, Excel, Word, Outlook ect.
